Acrobat 2025

After acrobat updated to 2025 last week I am unable to edit a pdf. I am trying to add a link, when I click on menu at left, it resets itself, shows a white box and spins. Then locks up - I am unable to do anything with the file and have to reopen, and it continues to do the same thing - any idea?

@stephanie_6858 Maybe it's corrupted preferences or maybe it's the new Acrobat Interface? 

I would check to see if you are using the new acrobat? Go to View - And if it says 'Disable new Acrobat' it means you are using the new Acrobat. Mine is turned off, so, try disabling that first and see if that fixes it.

if not, then withA crobat Pro is open, go to Help - Repair Installation (Windows) or follow the steps to run the Acrobat Diagnostics tool (Mac/Windows). Allow the repair to complete, then reboot your computer.
