Acrobat 9 Need Serial Number [branched and editied - kglad]

Hi Adobe Support,

I can not find my product code in My Adobe Account, for my Adobe Acrobat

Pro 9. Why is there no code there, even though there is a code for my

Master Suite 5? Please help me with this as I can not validate the new

installation that I made when I loaded the suite on to my new laptop

computer.

this is not adobe support.  these are user-to-user forums, though adobe staff periodically check the forums.

you can tell you're communicating with adobe staff because their badge says 'staff'.  mine says 'acp' = 'adobe community professional' which means adobe recognizes that i have something worthwhile to offer adobe customers, but i am not an adobe employee.

common reasons you might not see info about acrobat pro 9 is because it wasn't purchased from or registered with adobe.com.  or it was, but the adobe id used at that time of purchase/registration is not the same as the one you're using now.  or maybe its a website glitch.

in any case, you need your serial number for acrobat 9?

if so, is it installed on any computer currently?
