Acrobat 9 update procedure?

I've seen several post about manually updating Acrobat 9, but I'm still confused.

I understand that files with names like AcrobatProExUpd... or AcrobatProStdUpd... are only for the Pro Extended or Pro Standard versions.

What about the difference between Acrobat Updxxx_all_incr.msp and Acrobat Updxxx_all_me_incr.msp files? Do I need to run both?

The posts say to run the updates, but not how to run them; double-click the file(s), download and run some updater program, or ???

The _me_ files are for the "ME" (Middle Eastern) product which supports Arabic and Hebrew.

You can run an MSI or MSP file in Windows by double clicking. The necessary app ("Windows Installer") is included with every Windows system.
