Acrobat App asking me to subscribe when i'm already subscribed - cannot do anything

I use acrobat everyday for work 

PDFs are how i do my business 

randomly out of nowhere this morning the app itelling me i'm not a subscriber and prohibits me from editing my work 
I try to just buy a new subscription anyway just so i can get my work done and its telling me i already have a subscription so i can't buy a new one 

Please help URGENTLY
