acrobat app stuck on canceling

We are on the creative cloud all apps plan and wanted to uninstall and reinstall acrobat pro. However, I now can't reinstall Acrobat as when I try it is stuck in a canceling loop.

 

We've deleted all cache incase that was the issue, but it's still stuck.

Any ideas?

RESOLVED

I repaired the installation of creative cloud and, once it had reinstalled, I tried to install acrobat and it worked! 🙂
