Having the same issue....unable to send email with the pdf attached, directly from adobe.  Outlook is set at the default email account.  I am using a Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon X 12 core XIE80100 @ 3.40 GHz; and running Windows 11 Pro

Updated Adobe as per last suggestion and still no success

Hi @Jennifer28985384xgmy,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat to send Emails.

Are you using the New look for Outlook? If yes, there could be issues when Acrobat tries to connect to the app.

The major reason is Acrobat's disability to run natively on ARM-based processors.

This is a known issue with Acrobat and ARM processors, and the info can be found here: https://adobe.ly/4mhPbY7

Hope this clarifies your question.

Regards,
Souvik.

Hi @Warren37559028grpo,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20xxx) and let us know if this is still the case?

If yes, please share a screen recording of the issue for a better understanding and assistance.
