Hello! I purchased adobe acrobat last July 1st via apple-app store and cancelled it last July 8th. I would like to know if I can still get a full refund? Or how do I contact customer support to request for a refund?

Hi,
Adobe cannot cancel subscriptions purchased from AppStore or Google PlayStore. These are mainly Premium subscriptions for mobile. And for the cancellation, you need to contact Apple or Google support.
Note: in your account, your subscription status is canceled now.
