you're posting to an old thread about the adobe cc cleaner and you showing a screenshot of the acrobat cleaner and adobe's log collector.

so it's not clear what the original problem is/was that you're trying to solve, it's not clear what you've done trying to solve that and it's not clear what you're trying to show with your screenshots.

if you want help, you need to start at the begining and explain the problem and then what you did (briefly) trying to solve the problem.
