Greetings,

My Acrobat crashes every time I try to use the Fill & Sign-Tool with a PDF file.

Everything else works fine, I can edit the PDF (using this as a workaround) and the other functions.

The problem occured five days ago. I've already tried to reinstall and to install the latest update.

Does anyone have an idea? Thanks a lot in advance!

As long as it works I suppose. 😜

Hello MeenakshiNegi

I've tried everything from the article you've sent. Also I did a clean uninstall with the AcroCleaner and the problem still occurs.

The Acrobat version is 24.002.20933, the OS is Windows 11 on the latest update.

I've also made dump files, but it seems I can't upload .dmp files here, also neither .zip or .rar. Can you please tell me where I should upload them for you?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Gerald38632264ber3,

Thank you for the information.

Please try uploading the dump files to cloud storage and sharing the link to those files with us. You may upload them to Acrobat Cloud, OneDrive, etc. It will be easier for us to download the dump file this way and share it with the team for further investigation.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

i'm not sure as well as I just stumbled upon the solution in Reddit.  I couldn't really find a fix from this Community so I thought of sharing it after I've tested it for one of your users who were having the same issue.

Thank you guys a lot! @Elferiam @Pebble.X  This solved the problem!

@Mahmoud38692045c07i can you maybe see what caused the problem here as the deletion of these files fixed it?
