A bit more. Just to be clear, this is not only a fake message, it is full of lies. The Acrobat 2015 servers have not been shut down. If you contact the REAL Adobe they should be able to solve this.
The scammers were expecting you to reply, so they could take your money for the obsolete Acrobat 2017. I hope you did not reply with ANY personal info (e.g. Adobe password) or credit card, or give them access to your computer. That would be very unfortunate.

Adobe do NOT have an email for tech support, so all "Adobe support email" you seartch for are fake.
Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html for info.
At the bottom right of that page is a chat icon. Start a chat and type AGENT for a human contact.
