Acrobat DC doesn't recognize Visio 2010 or 2016 files in the "Create PDF from file" or "Combine files into a single PDF" menus.  I also cannot right-click to convert a Visio file.  This is on a Windows 10 PC. I upgraded to Acrobat DC from 11, as I had read that DC supported Visio 2016.  Am I missing something I need to setup to make this work?

After spending 45 minutes on chat with Adobe Technical Support, I was eventually told that Acrobat Pro DC does not support Visio.  If you need to make a PDF from several files, "Microsoft Print to PDF" individually, then use Acrobat to combine the resulting PDFs.  If you have too many files to combine for that to be viable, roll back to Visio 2010 and Acrobat 11.

I read that same site and that's what lead me to believe that Visio was fine.  However, Adobe Tech. Support referenced:

So far that all checks. Older versions of Acrobat DC didn't work but current ones should. So I hope someone else has an idea.

1. Does it work for Word files?

2. What version of Visio is installed?

3. Do you have Acrobat PRO?
