Acrobat DC Error

Community Beginner ,
Mar 25, 2021 Mar 25, 2021

Help please! I'm getting the following error;

'We can’t verify your subscription status.

We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide.'

I've done all of the troubleshooting on the guide. I'm connected to the internet and my IT administrator has checked everything on their side and they can't find anything.

I've got creative cloud and Acrobat DC is the only programme I'm having issues with but I really need the programme to do my job. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey Anthony!

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

Could you please share the screenshot of the error message that you receive?

Also, confirm the OS version on the machine that you are using.

Thanks,

Same - I can use all of the other programs. It's only Acrobat DC that is coming up with the error.

Thats great to know Jess. Can you please confirm which solution worked for you from the KB article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-verify-your-subscription-status.html .

If its solution 1,please let us know the

  • Trend Micro version before and after the upgrade.

This is usually a TLS error. See here:

I ran the EasyFix and it rewolved the problem.
