Acrobat DC Installation Failed Code 304

Hello guys,

 

I just got the new Macbook Pro 14'' with Monterey 12.4 and I am trying to install Acrobat DC trough Adobe Creative Cloud App.

 

I also have the latest macOS and latest version of Creative Cloud App and I am still getting this error.

 

"Installation Failed - Code 304"

Error code 304: The installation is no longer functional

Error code 304 indicates that the installation is no longer functional. 

SOLUTION

Download the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app and try again.

 

But I already have the latest version of CC.

 

Any solutions to this bug?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.
