Acrobat DC installed and up to date but can't open from Creative Cloud Desktop

Hi,

I have an issue with opening Acrobat DC from my Creative Cloud Desktop App. All apps listed in Creative Cloud have the regular "Open" button, only in case of Acrobat DC it is greyed out and unavailable. I posted the printscreen. How to fix this issue so I can start using Acrobat DC application from Creative Cloud?

Is Acrobat installed on your computer (and can you run it from there)?

 

What do you see when you click on the 3 dots to the right of the grayed out Open button? (IF you see an uninstall option, you might want to uninstall it and then re-install it.)
