Acrobat DC - No Actions tab in button properties

I'm trying to add a button to a PDF form and there is no actions tab in the button properties. I'm finding little information on this when I search online. I'm on a MAC running Catalina 10.15.7. Could this be a problem with OS comatability? Thank you.

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form". In the future, do not tick the box that says "This document requires signatures" when creating the form.
