Acrobat DC Printing Off-Center

I've been having weird issues with printing from Adobe Acrobat for awhile now.  A new problem has arisen where when I print the page it comes out of the printer off-center and cropped.

It looks like the actual size of the file is larger than the paper size you're printing on. 
If you select "Fit" under Page Sizing & Handling it will fit the file inside the paper size.

That would scale the content I'm printing.  I'm pretty sure I've printed like this in the past and the output would match the preview - where the content is centered on the page and the cropping happens equally around the margins.  But what's happening is the whole thing is shifting down and to the left and cropping content.
