Acrobat DC Pro hangs when Save As PDF on Mac

Acrobat DC Pro hangs when Save As on my Mac. The problem appeared about a week ago, it had been working well after I installed it a month ago.

"Save" works after I edit a document, but when I select "Save As" then "Save As PDF " window appears and freezes, shows a rotating circle.

"Save As other" and "Export to" options work, the problem is with Save As (PDF).

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

Could you please share a screenshot of the window when Acrobat is hanged for you and the Spinning wheel appears?

Thanks

Thanks for the snapshot Mark. Could you please confirm one more thing :

Are you able to access the Document cloud/My Computer tab under Home view or do you observe a rotating spinner on those screens as well?

Regards,

Sandeep Grover

Thanks Sandeep!

I could access Document Cloud from my desktop.

Then I did the following:

- crearted a folder in my Desktop AcrobatPro -> Home -> Document clou

- logged in to Acrobat Document Cloud online, uploaded a few files.

However, I could not see these uploaded files until I tried to login again from my desktop Acrobat Pro. Clicked on Adobe Account in the desktop app - got to the online login screen, and then to online Document cloud.
Now I can see the files, and also SaveAs PDF works.

Looks like my desktop account was disconneted for Adobe online account even though my desktop app was showing that I was connected.

Could have happened because a few weeks ago I changed my enterprise password to access laptop and other enterprise services, so I got disconnected from my Adobe online account, and my access had not been not renewed until I tried to login again.

Thansk for your help!
