Acrobat DC se cierra solo al abrirlo

Hola a todos,

Ejecuto Acrobat DC, el programa se abre brevemente y se vuelve a cerrar, lo he intentado abrir de todas las formas posibles, como administrador, desde acceso directo, desde Creative Cloud Desktop, etc... sin exito.

Lo he reparado, lo he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar y sigue sin funcionar.

Agradecezco de antemano cualquier ayuda.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. 

Since you have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the application. We'd request you run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s files traces:

Thanks for your help Akanchha. In addition to uninstalling Acrobat with the cleaner tool, I had to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud and delete the Adobe folders located at C:\Users\xxx\AppData.
Once I finished this process I installed Acrobat again and so far it works.
