Question

Hi Ivana

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind shairng the steps you are doing to digitaly sign the PDF file?

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer first and then try again.

Also try to create a new digital signature and then try to sign the PDF using this new digital signature and check if that works.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC yo uare using? To check the version go to help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also please go through the help pages listed below:

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that.

have you tried the steps already suggested above? Also, make sure you have the recent version of the Acrobat DC installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

A small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing will be very helpful.

Regards

Amal
