When I launch Acrobat after a few seconds a dialogue box pops up but does not load and prevents the app being used. I have found some other posts about this app but nothing has worked. I have renamed the preferences folder and moved it. I have reinstalled, I have rebooted, I have uninstalled creative cloud and relaunched but to no avail. What should I do?
