Hallo.
Danke!
Alexander Thomas

Hi Alexander,
Thank you for reaching out.
As the message says installation may be incorrect, please try to reinstall the application. Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) on the machine.
Restart the machine and then install the application from the following page.
Acrobat Pro DC: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
Acrobat Reader DC: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,
I have tried it. First, to repair Acrobat and following restart. Did not work.
So I followed your advice. First I deinstalled Acrobat, then I went the cleaning tool over the machine, Then the new installatation with your link.
But it did not help.
There is no dictionary/glossary installed. See attachement.
Any idea?
Thanks! Alex

Check if that works.

for your information: I have tried this process again:
Deistalled Acrobat
Worked the cleaning tool

Everything is fine, dictionary is on.
Now it is working for 4 days without problems. The dictionary is still on.
Why is it this time not the same as in 15th july?
Thanks!
