New Here ,
Dec 27, 2021 Dec 27, 2021

I'm experiencing issues with Acrobat Std 2020 (Release (Classic) | Version 2020.004.30017)

I have many events over the last month, EVENT 1000, detail below with troubleshooting steps taken so far.

Symptom 1

If I try to quick print from Outlook 2010, it will crash, my work around is to leave Acrobat open to avoid the Acro crash.

Symptom 2 and 3 All event 1000 "Application Error"

Faulting application name: Acrobat.exe, version: 20.4.30017.61764, time stamp: 0x615b93b1
Faulting module name: Acrobat.dll, version: 20.4.30017.61764, time stamp: 0x615b93a6

  3. Windows 10 Pro running 21H1
  4. Microsoft Office Apps 2010 running with the latest patches

Is this happening with any and every PDF that you try to print from MS Outlook 2010?

Are you able to try and print the same PDF from another computer with different software and hardware specs?

Are you able to verify if the PDF that you're trying to print from MS Outlook has any type of restrictions?

What is the default printer set to:  "Adobe PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF" ?

It may be possible that a DLL may have to be re-registered or perhaps updating the MS Office COM add-ins, C++ re-distributables or Visual Studio re-distributables making sure that the .Net framework matches your 2010 version of visual studio... just guessing.
