Acrobat export to word error

The chinese characters can't be  identified when Acrobat export to word, but english characters work well.

 

OS:Windows 11 22H2 22621.963

Acrobat Version:Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release 2022.003.20282 x64

Do you have this font available on your computer? Seems the Chinese font is missing. Hence document is not able to display the content properly.

Hi,

The font pack can't be installed. And the fonts in this document have been installed in my computer. I have also reinstalled Acrobat, but this problem still appears. Here is the document. Please help me check it.
