Acrobat Freezes and crashes Unuseable

Is there a fix for acrobt freezing? i open a document (any document) it will take a minute to load and when it does it freezes up and i have to force quit it. just started after OS update to Monterey 12.6.2

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for your trouble with Adobe Acrobat.

 

Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version. To check the version, please refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

2. iOS version.

3. Please share a video recording of the happening situation.

 

Also, try rebooting the machine manually, launch the Adobe Acrobat application and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates.

Reboot the machine again after updating Adobe Acrobat and check.

If you still experience the freeze issue after updating Adobe Acrobat, please use the Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Acrobat - Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs.

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Acrobat from  Download Adobe Acrobat.

my screen recorder didnt show the spinning wheel. as soon as i clicked text it started spinning. I force quit about 30 seconds later.
