We use interactive PDF's in our business as a source of product data, which is used by multiple users.
Recently the interactive PDF's have become unstable (no changes to the files themselves), so the PDF will disappear when clicking a link - sometimes displaying the 'report a crash' dialogue, sometimes not. The problem is experienced by all users now, i would say that about 50% of the time the file works fine, and the ther other 50% it'll continue to repeatedly crash.
If it's an update that's caused this, is it possible to roll back the update?
Currently on Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2022.003.20282 - 64bit
Thanks,

Yes this was eventually resolved by Adobe by installing this patch:
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousaug2022.htm...
My case number with adobe was ADB-27665957-L2C0 if you're trouble shooting with them.

Hello @Steven5C1A
I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.
Please try to repair the installation from the Help menu (Windows only) and reboot the system and see if that helps.
Also, try to turn off the protected mode (for testing only)
Go to edit>preferences> enhance security> uncheck "Enable protected mode at startup," "Turn off the protected mode," and uncheck "enhance security" > Click OK and reboot the computer.
NOTE: Please Turn on the security after testing to avoid the security risk.
Also, try to reset the Acrobat preference as described on the help page:
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
Also, go through this help article:
Let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Krutikka

Thanks for these tips Krutikka, unfortunately these did not work and i've contacted the Adobe for further support. They've reached out a few times now to try various things (including what you've provided so far) but haven't found a fix yet.

Did anything ever work? We've just started to have the same problem with an interactive\dynamic PDF form that's worked fine for years.
