Hello,
All my interactive PDFs crash either when I open them or when I go to type in one of the fields.
Acrobat Pro Version 2022.003.20314
Will there be an update to fix this soon or any tips to would be appreciated.
Thanks

Do these PDFs contain scripts?
And did they ever work without crashing?
Can you post one?

There's nothing wrong with this PDF.
The only think I'd suggest is installing the latest updates to Acrobat.

Thank you for the reply.
I realise that all my PDFs including this one are ok as I can use them on other Macs but not sure if its a Mac issue or a Adobe Acrobat issue.
Nothing has changed on my Mac and I have the latest update on Acrobat.
Thanks

The version number in the first post is at least a year old.
But I suspect that somthing about your Acrobat install is corrupted. Try running the Acrobat cleaner tool and reinstalling.

Hi @steveg73545872,
Hope you are doing well, and sorry to hear about your experience.
++ to the suggestions by Thom, the version of Acrobat you are using goes way back to 2022.
Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.

Hi @S. S ,
I have run the cleaner, rebooted the computer and attempted to install using the link provided. Now it has failed to install. I have tried through CC and still will not load on my Mac. Please can you urgently advise what next?
Thanks

Thanks @steveg73545872, for the response.
Just trying to understand the situation. There could be two possible reasons for it.
One would be a permissions issue on the current User Account. Please try creating a test account and then running the installer.
You can check the steps here: Change Users & Groups settings on Mac.
The other method could be installing the app through the installer file within the dmg package.
To do so, right-click or "CMD" click on the installer-> Show Package Contents-> Contents-> MacOS-> double-click the file name there.
You can check for the steps here: How can i look into a .DMG file
Hope this helps.
