Acrobat keeps asking to upgrade

Up until last week, I was able to open a PDF and use the tools (fill and sign, exporting, etc.) from there. Now I cannot. The app keeps telling me I need to upgrade. I already have Acrobat Pro which is what it is telling me to update to. How can this be corrected ?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any paid subscription, please try to logout  and relogin with the correct Adobe ID used for the Acrobat Pro subscription and see if that works.
