Acrobat keeps loading

New Here ,
Jul 26, 2023 Jul 26, 2023

HI, when I open Adobe Acrobat, whether I open any document or not, after few seconds the screen automatically starts to load something. It keeps loading and nothing else works. I have to close the application through taskmanager.

P.S I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updated to the latest version and my OS is also updated.

Hi Tomal31327564ha8h,

Thank you for reaching out.

As the application freezes, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-windows.html.

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine
- Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

If the issue persists, share the following information:

- Adobe CC logs: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

- Procmon logs:  https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html

- Acrobat logs for freeze:  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html

You may upload the logs file to the Acrobat cloud storage and share the link for further investigation.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
