Hi, A new glitch appears to have flagged up recently, for myself and other users in my company, on both Mac and PC. I have set up a 40pp interactive pdf, using hyperlinked text tabs across the top of the pages to navigate to the start of each section. On opening the pdf in Acrobat (set to fit single page), I can cycle through the pages using my up/down keyboard arrows. I can also use the top nav hyperlinks a couple of times and still utilise the keyboard arrows as before but, after more than a couple of clicks on the hyperlinked navigation, the up/down keyboard arrow buttons' functionality appears to change, to either taking me back to the previous view, or doing nothing at all. I've checked another similar pdf, produced externally, and the same thing happens, so it seems to be a software issue rather than a problem with the individual pdf. Any suggestions to rectify this (retaining the single page, not scrolling, view) would be gratefully received, by myself and my unhappy client! TIA

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.
Would you mind sharing the OS and Acrobat DC version you are using? To check the version, go to help > About Acrobat and ensure you installed the recent version, 23.03.20244. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and see if that helps.
What is the workflow/steps you are doing? A small video recording of the steps and the issue would be beneficial. Also please share the PDF file in question so that we can test it at our end.
We are here for help, just need more info.
Regards
Amal
