Acrobat (Latest Version). Short cut for the Marquee Zoom

On the previous version, it was possible to customize the toolbar and include the marquee zoom.

On the latest version, it seems the only way to reach the command is through the drop down menu, View > Zoom

Is there a way to create a short cut for it?

Thanks

Hi @default0aostna680gr

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please click on the page ratio icon in the lower right corner and click on 'More' > 'Other Tools' > 'Marquee Zoom' and select the pin icon to mark the tool in the right hand pane of the application.

Hope this information will help

If you have disabled the terrible "New Experiance"  then access to the marquee zoom and other tools for the quick toolbar are burried in a right click accessable drop down menu. See attacehd annotated screenshot.

  • To disable the new experience,
    • Windows: Click the hamburger menu at the upper left corner and choose Disable new Acrobat.
    • macOS: Go to View > Disable new Acrobat.

  • To Add Marquee Zoom to Quick Tools
    1. Right click on the quick tools bar
    2.  Select Show and Select Zoom Tools
    3.  Check Marquee Zoom

This worked on my Mac running Acrobat Pro version 2024.004.20272.
