Hi Noel

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the, the acrobat licensing application hangs and shows only a white window/screen.

Is the application is freezing completely or is it the Application licensing windows that freeze ? What happens when you don't click on sign in option?

Please try to reboot the computer once and see if that works.

If it doesn't work, please try to change the screen resolution of your computer and reboot the computer and check if that helps.

  • Right-click the desktop and choose Screen resolution.
  • If the screen resolution is less than 1024 x 768, then drag the Screen Resolution slider to the right until the resolution is 1024 x 768.
  • Click OK, and then click Yes.

For more information about missing EULA screen, please look at the steps provided in the help page: Resolve the missing or unclickable Accept button in EULA

Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.

Regards

Amal

Dear Amal,

FYI i've uninstall and installed again the adobe acrobat 2020 and i follow your instroctions but without any good results. After starting Adobe acrobat 2020 they ask me to my Adobe-ID after entering the ID and Passwort it doesn't do nothing i see only a white Window with the heading Acrobat Licensing Application. I've an idea, the Computer is a company Computer on that is Adobe 2020 installed. Maybee the proxy server blocked the connection to the Adobe Licensing Server? I've changed the proxy settings and i added the IP: 192.150.14.67, https://activate.adobe.com and https://practivate.adobe.com but it doesnt't work maybee i need a cmd command?

Best Regards

Noel
