Acrobat navigation buttons disappear when opened in Notability (an iOS note taking app)

I run Adobe Acrobat Pro in Windows and Notability in iOS.

Notability is a note-taking app for iOS only.

I purchased a digital diary online. The diary is in pdf. I use Notability (recommended by seller) to open the diary for use.

I modified the diary to suit my needs using the Adobe Acrobat Pro. I added several links and 2 buttons (light green in color) in the pdf file. I tested the diary in Adobe Acrobat Pro. The links and buttons work.

I further tested the diary in Notability. The links* work. But the buttons**(ViewPrevious and ViewForward) have issues ie missing. How to fix that?

I appended the pdf file which is a condensed version of the diary to focus on the above problem. Also appended are 2 screenshots to show/describe the issue.
