My organization uses the Acrobat Outlook Extension to convert emails with attachments to .pdf Portolio files.
I recently noticed, that any .jpeg or .jpg files contained within the email are no longer available once the conversion is complete. For the time being, this seems to be the only file types affected. This issue does not occur when the images within the file are in .png format.
Are there any work arounds or fixes for this issue? I am trying to avoid having my team convert every .jpg image into a compatible file format and re-attach them to the email prior to conversion.

Bump? After some research this looks like an issue that's been going on since 2017, has there really been no bug fix in the works? I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 Acrobat Standard 2024.002.20687.

Hello Ryan!
I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.
Could you please install the latest version of Acrobat 25.001.20474 (Win) on April 28, 2025, and check if you are still experiencing the same issue?
If so, could you please provide the latest details of the operating system version after installing any Microsoft updates, the version details of the Office suite, a screen recording, and the logs from the affected machine? This information will help with further investigation. Download the Log collector tool, run it, ensure all the log options are selected, try to reproduce the issue, and save the log files. It will also generate a log; please share it with us.
Thank you,
Anand Sri.
