Acrobat PDF Pack

Good Evening,

While going to renew my acrobat dc subscription to finalize some paperwork i got a sale for what seemed to be almost all the same services I required but for 9.99. Well I took the red pill and im out of the matrix now. I got sold obsolete services that not even a help desk technician could do anything about it. All the tools supposedly supported are unaccessible unless I buy acrobat DC. I am very confused on how something that is no longer supported by adobe or customer support able to be sold. I was aa big fan of adobe services but now I am forsure going to look into finding an alternative source for services. The only thing customer support could tell me to do was go online and post to the forum waiting for a response I will get hours after my deadline and I absolutely refuse to buy anything else from adobe.

Adobe PDF Pack is certainly still supported by Adobe... What service did you think you're getting that you're not? What tasks are you attempting to do?

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Are you getting the buy now message when you try to use the application? if yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Please try to sign out of the appliction, reboot the computer once and re-login to the application  with the Adobe ID /Email and check if that makes any difference.
