Capture - Unable to convert to PDF.pngexpand image

I'm aware there are other discussions on this but the most recent I've seen was in 2018 and the solutions did not work for me. The issue is occuring on the right-click menu on .docx files attempting to convert to PDF, using the Acrobat ribbon within Word (Office 365), and converting within Acrobat DC Standard when attempting to combine files.

I have attempted repairs of the installations, uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling, and unchecking the "Enable accessibility and reflow with tagged adobe pdf" in the application settings.

Window 10 Pro, Office Suite, and Acrobat are up-to-date with all updates.

  2. Reboot the PC after the cleaner uninstalls Acrobat
  3. Reinstall from Creative Cloud
  4. Enable PDFMaker add-ins when prompted
  5. Test Converting to PDF from Right-click menu of .docx file.
