Acrobat preflight convert fonts to outlines missing

Hello!
I'm currently facing an issue, which is convert fonts to outlines missing from the preflight - pdf fixup menu.
I've recently installed acrobat, and realized that all profiles from the preflight menu were missing. I managed to get them back following a post on this forum, but the convert fonts option is still missing.
I'm using V24.1

I tried several ways to fix it, but nothing worked. I asked a friend of mine, who's acrobat was working properly to export her preflight profile. I imported that file and now it works. But I'm still disappointed, that this issue exists.

FWIW:

it should be also available under Essentials.

Preflight > Essentials > Profiles > PDF fixups > Convert fonts to outlines

Hi @Nelladel ,

well, it should be under PDF fixups.

But also open the Single fixups. That's the icon showing the spanner; the icon at the right.

There in category Document you should find the single fixup "Convert fonts to outlines":

If you still cannot find it I would uninstall Acrobat Pro, sign out from Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, restart the machine, sign in again to Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App and install Acrobat Pro again. Hope, that helps…

Hm. I'm on the continous release version of Acrobat Pro with version 2024.002.20687.

Maybe you are on a perpetual version and that's the difference?

The issue does not seem to be coherently present, as each time I checked (and I suppose all others participating here), do not have this issue. This said, it is probably impossible to know the reason, why the preflight option did not exist or install with your installation.

Search for "outlines".

Are you selecting the Acrobat pro 2015 profiles? if so, you may need to re-install.
