Acrobat Pro 2017 Activation Failed on Catalina 10.15.4

Please help

I have purchased a licence acrobat pro 2017 student and teacher, to install on Mac Book Pro running MacOS Catalina 10.15.4

After installing the latest version from Adobe website, it returns "Activation failed" each time I run the program.

 

I Litterally, spent a whole day with Adobe support (chat and remote control over my Mac Book pro), close to loose my mind, but no tangible result.

I tried 3 solutions found in the adobe community forum. NONE OF THEM SOLVED MY ISSUE.

  • Solution 1:

Delete the OOBE directory found at the location:/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  • Solution 2: 

Creating a root-user account and running Acrobat 2017 from there.

  • Solution 3:

The sudo command in Terminal: sudo /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ 2017/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/MacOS/AdobeAcrobat

 

Which returns the following:

One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

 

objc[2107]: Class oobelibclass_CS7_7 is implemented in both /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat 2017 Helper Frameworks/OOBE/adobe_prtk_lib.dylib (0x104e4a728) and /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat 2017 Helper Frameworks/adobe_oobelib/acrolic/adobe_oobelib.dylib (0x107c5cab8). One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

    Please understand that these communities are not Adobe Technical Support. There is nothing that can be done in these communities to resolve the problem. Resolving the problem that you are having is the responsibility of Adobe Customer Support and with the complexity of what you describe, via phone. If you encounter an agent that is either unable or unwilling to assist you, please ask for a manager/supervisor to get you to someone with more experience with the type of problem you are encountering. Don't let anyone shove you off to these communities. It is their job to resolve installation / activation problems!!

     

    Sorry for all that you are going through to simply install, activate, and use the product.
