OK this is driving me nuts, I have purchased for my organization 2 licenses for Adobe acrobat pro 2017 serial number version.

I download the correct version from the links supplied by techsoup and every-time I install and launch them it requires me to sign in. This a serial number version not a subscription! I have tried updating the installation package with the customization wizard which keeps erroring out!!!!

Adobe fix these installs!!!! how can I get this installed and working!

Yes I think you have to sign in to activate a perpetual retail license. You say “each time you install them” but surely that’s only twice and signing on isn’t so very time consuming?

That would be a simple and easy step... if it worked. I created an adobe sign in. Installed and signed in, I then get an error message saying that I have no subscriptions. I then signed in to that account and addded my serial number to the products and tried again and it still errored out that I have no subscription!!!! When is Adobe going to fix this?

Ok, let's look at what you are downloading. 2017 and DC are very different products. Both will ask for sign in. One will want a serial, and one will want a subscription.

You must download and install 2017 if you have a perpetual retail license for 2017. If you've already installed one you must fully uninstall it before trying the right one. This will also be an issue if you ever tried the free trial of Acrobat; you MUST get rid of it first (with uninstall).

If that's what you believe you are already doing please let us know the name of the download you are working with.
