Acrobat Pro 2017 won't open documents
Adobe Acrobat pro 2017 for mac.

The program opens and runs but:
will not open documents
Will not create documents.
The same documents are readable perfectly by several other PDF readers.
I have re-started the mac and I have completely uninstalled and re-installed the software but the same problem happens.
Adobe support page doesn't even include this product, and of course their telephone support is non-existant so I'm hoping someone else has had this problem and found a fix.
