I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and I have been having an error pop up at random times that says it cannot connect to the DDE server. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, using a different pc, repairing the installation, and editing the registry key as shown in another discussion post. I keep coming across this problem. If I open task manager and closes all adobe related tasks, it will work again, but the user that is having this problem is not technically proficient. She says that sometimes she also has a problem signing pdfs. She is using a newer computer running Windows 11.

Please ask the user to do a clean installation using the Acrobat Cleaner tool, reboot the machine after removing Acrobat, and reinstall it. Ask the user to create a new user profile with full admin rights and check with Acrobat if the user still gets the error message. Try changing the network connection, like connecting to a Wi-Fi or a wired network, or vice versa.
If the issue persists, please collect the log files from the affected machine and share them with us. Download the log collector, too, run it, ensure all the log options are selected, reproduce the issue, and close the tool. It will generate the logs and a log ID. Please share them with us for further investigation.
