Acrobat Pro 2020 installation problem

I am trying to install Acrobat Pro 2020 on my Mac (13" 2019) running on Monterey 12.3.1

 

I have downloaded the installation program and it starts up on and starts the installation process but then I get this.  It happens as it validating scripts.  Any suggestions for what I can do to solve this issue?

In reply the Patty Hinton, I do have the serial number and the installer is Acrobat 2020 Installer.pkg.

 

It opens and goes through the installation process until it stops.  I am sure it is a Mac installer.
