Acrobat Pro 2020 Serialized Asking Users to Sign In

We've never had this issue where Acrobat 2020 serialized (perpetual license) installs asked the user to sign in. With the start of the new school year we've had some reimaged machines were we needed to reinstall Acrobat Pro 2020. We run the installed, enter the serial number, launch the program, and it immediately pops up a message asking for the user to sign in. When they sign in with their district federated ID it tells them to start a free 7 day trial. I just spent 4 hours on the call with support this morning and we left with the incident being escalated. I've seen several other posts on these forums dealing with this issue, especially with recent updates it seems, but non of the posts seem to be fully resolved. We tried the customization wizard to update the installer msi to disable all adobe services and that did nothing. We tried several things and each time nothing. Keeps asking for the user to sign in. Very frustrating. Anyone else still dealing with this issue?
