Acrobat Pro 2020 -
I purchased the standalone product Acrobat Pro 2020 in 2023, and installed it on a laptop running Windows 10.
I recently purchased a new laptop (running windows 11), and installed Acrobat Pro on there as well, but I can't seem to use it...
When I login to my adobe account to check "Activated Devices" it says "You have no activated devices"
Shouldn't there at least be one computer listed in there?
Adobe says:
"You can install Adobe applications on more than one computer, activate them (sign in) on two, but use them on only one computer at a time."
I cannot access my old laptop (due to a hardware failure). How do I activate Adobe Acrobat Pro on my new laptop??
