As per the screenshot below, the “Open documents as new tabs in the same window” option is not available

What could be the issue here?

Hi @Jamal NUMAN it seems you're using an older version of Acrobat. Request you to pls update Acrobat using Help>Check for updates from Hamburger Menu.

This option should now be available in the same dialog that you had shown earlier. Could you please update Acrobat using Help -> Check for Updates and check that you are able to see the above preference?
