Acrobat Pro 64 bit v22.003.20322 crashes on opening

I am using Creative Cloud on a Windows 11 desktop. I have Acrobat Pro 64 bit 22.003.20322. Everytime I open Acrobat, it crashes on me. At first, it was only crashing if I tried to add a sticky note to an existing document. Now it crashes when I open it, and it does not give any error messages. It also crashes if I try to open an existing PDF. I have work to do that requires me to be able to open and print PDFs, and this is preventing me from getting the work done.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

I was able to get help with uninstalling and reinstalling, this and having all registry files removed fixed the problem.
