Acrobat Pro AI Assistant

I am receiving the following error message after:

  • uploading a PDF document to AI Assistant
  • Asking a question
  • Agreeing to the T&C'S

 

"We couldn't complete your request.  Something went wrong. Please try again"

 

Can you please assist?

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out.

 

Are you getting the error message with a specific PDF file, or is it happening with all PDFs? Are you using the AI assistant on Acrobat or the freeware Reader? Also, could you please confirm the current version of Mac OS that has been installed? I assume you're using the latest Acrobat/Reader app version: 24.002.20687.
Try experimenting with a different set of PDFs to see if you encounter the same error message. Additionally, restart the app once and give it another try.

I am running into the same issues using PC and I have logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled and cannot get past this screen.

Please let us know if it has worked fine before. Did you check if the issue occurs while working with a particular file? 

Could you please confirm if you are using the feature in Acrobat or the freeware Reader? Also, please share the application and OS version currently in use.
