Acrobat Pro benefits and partners

Hello,

I was browsing through my Acrobat Pro and noticed the benefits of partners from numerous platforms, including discounts.  However, when I go to redeem the discounts, Adobe does not provide the discount codes and will tell you to contact the partners ie (zoom 20% discount) (dropbox 5o%) (WeTranser 40 %)
When I contact the partners, they are not aware of this discount partnership!  Has anyone else been successful in redeeming their benefits?

The prices listed on the photo is the normal pricing~ no code is provided by either companies!!

I am having the very same issue! With Zoom in particular. I click the "redeem" button and it brings me to a checkout page with no discount.

I have been on 2 chats with Adobe, neither of which were helpful. The first person didn't even understand what the Partner Perks were and thought I was asking for a discount on my Adobe plan. The second person basically said "I can't do anything about it. Contact Zoom."

Only problem is, I had already spent an hour+ on a chat with Zoom in between those two Adobe chats and the conclusion was I needed to contact Adobe!

It is like a mobius strip of neither company taking responsibility. If Zoom is no longer offering this partnership deal, then Adobe should simply remove it from its perks. Otherwise, Adobe needs to update the redeem link to make sure it's working to properly reflect the discount.

It is very frustrating. Have you had any success in resolving this yourself?

Same issue. False Advertising!

Adobe should really be reported to the ASA for this.

Hi there, did you ever figure this out? The discounts for everything BUT Zoom work for me.

Hi @NK8

Are you going through a particular URL for the offers.

I just tried the following:

  1. Went to: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/discover/article/creative-cloud-perks?locale=en
Result - saw various offers with a Redeem Offer button under it (as below).

  2. Clicked the Redeem offer for Dropbox and went to a page on its site with its own Redeem offer button.

  3. Clicked the Redeem offer on Drobbox page and it took me to a checkout page with a discount of 50% of the full price.
I did not purchace it but it seemed to be working.

Aloha,

Thank you. I am particularly interested in purchasing a ZOOM. And it does
not offer the same redemption code or anywhere that shows the promotion.

I have been in contact with Zoom for over 2 weeks, but I have not received
the discount code.

Now, it's a matter of principle, not the discount.

I see a Redeem offer for Zoom, which takes me to a page with the following:
