Question

Acrobat Pro business user not able to access 'Request E-Signature'

My company has an Adobe account for Acrobat Pro, with 25 users. One user is getting an error when trying to send an E-Signature document. Basically she is being told she doesn't have access and to contact her system admin. She has logged out of her her Adobe account, logged back in, rebooted her computer. Nothing has helped, and I have not been able to find a solution. A number of our users are requesting E-Signatures pretty much every day and not having any problems.

Thank you in advance for any help.

You need to set the correct rights in the admin console. That is the part, where she should contact an admin.

Unfortunately the document cloud solution did not work for me. However, the solution by default1ccikeos7g34 on this page did solve the issue.
