ACROBAT PRO CONVERT WEBPAGE TO PDF HAS POOR FORMATTING

Years ago (pre acrobat being in cloud), the convert webpage to PDF did a great job at copying the webpage with its formatting, including showing images.  Now it is really poor and won't show photos.

Microsoft Print to PDF is MUCH BETTER.

Attached are two files to show the difference.

Can anyone suggest how to get Acrobat Pro, convert webpage to PDF function to perform a much better, more true replication of the webpage?  Thanks.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

We made significant changes to the Create PDF from webpage workflow in the subsequent updates.

 

Could you update the app to the latest version (2025.001.20566) and let us know if the issue is fixed? 

To do so, go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates.

 

If not, please share a fresh sample PDF of what you see in the latest version, and how you are creating the PDF for better understanding and further investigation.

I've down a few "convert webpage to pdf" plus "add page to existing pdf".  Is looking good now, and looks like how it worked years ago.  Thanks.

Well.... It's now MAY 2025.  My original enquiry was November 2024.  Is Adobe working on this or not?  Why does it take so long to fix a basic function?  The functionality USED to be there and worked beautifully.  Now it is extremely poor.  This is one of the reasons why I answer 0 when Adobe asks me whether I would recommend it to a friend.
