Acrobat Pro Crashes when trying to edit form field properties

Community Beginner ,

After the recent update, I can no longer edit my form field properties. I click on it , Abobe thinks a bit and then crashes. No error reports come up. It is EXTREMELY frustrating to say the least. I have tried all the methods you have put in forums: security etc but nada nothing works.  Is this a glitch in the new roll out?  Because it worked fine before:  seriously thinking a not paying subscription price anymore and finding another product.

Hi there,

Hope you’re doing well. Sorry for the trouble you’re facing. This issue is already known to our team, but we need a bit more information to investigate it properly.

Could you please collect and share the Acrobat diagnostic logs? You can follow the steps here: https://adobe.ly/43DgIMi

This will help us understand the problem and work towards a fix.

Hello @MBK CDN

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for your time and cooperation on this.

Could you please install the latest build of Acrobat: 25.001.20937 Planned update, Nov 20, 2025. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu (Windows)/Acrobat (Mac) > Help > Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try the workflow again.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
